Yoga Exercises For Throat Problems

1. Lion Pose:

Lion pose is one of the best yoga poses for relieving a sore throat. Sit on your knees, with your thighs resting on your shanks. Place your hands on your thighs. Inhale deeply and gradually. Now, open your mouth wide with your tongue sticking out. Exhale through your open mouth by making a sound that resembles a lion’s roar (though not as fiercely or loudly as the lion!). While performing this exercise, try to rotate your eyes.

2. Breathing Exercises:

Breathing exercises gives better oxygen supply to all parts of body providing a feeling of calmness and balanced between mind and body.
