Celibacy Pose
  1. Sit in Diamond pose and turn the toes outwards with the help of the hands. The heels should be touching the hips.
  2. Both the knees should be touching each other and keep the hands straight on the knees. The back should be straight and breathing should be normal. As per capacity do it for 5-30 minutes.
