This is the complementary posture to Celibacy Pose. After practicing Celibacy Pose, do this exercise in which the position of the feet gets reversed, which regulates the blood circulation in the muscles and makes them healthy.
Sit in Diamond pose. Now reverse the position of the feet from the Celibacy Posture. Sit comfortably with spine straight and hands on knees. Breathe normally. Hold this position for as long as comfortable.
Benefits: It is completely helpful in celibacy. It stops the wavering of the senses and calms down the mind. Regulates blood circulation in the muscles and makes them healthy.
