Sit with legs extended. Bend your right knee and place the right foot outside the left knee. Place your left arm outside the right knee and hold the right ankle or foot. Place your right hand behind you on the floor for support. Twist your torso to the right and look over your right shoulder. Keep your spine straight. Hold for 10-15 seconds with normal breathing. Switch sides and repeat.
