Breathing in Diamond Pose

Instructions:

  1. Sit in Diamond pose posture.
  2. Place your hands on your knees. Be relaxed.
  3. Breathe deeply through the nose. Your lungs should be full with air.
  4. Now exhale deeply. While exhaling, contract your abdomen.

Do this for 10 rounds.

Benefits: Religiously performing this exercise helps to keep the blood sugar normal. Stimulates the pancreas through abdominal compression and supports insulin regulation.
