Instructions:
- Sit in Diamond pose posture.
- Place your hands on your knees. Be relaxed.
- Breathe deeply through the nose. Your lungs should be full with air.
- Now exhale deeply. While exhaling, contract your abdomen.
Do this for 10 rounds.
