Sit with straight legs. Press your right leg on abdomen with right palm on left elbow and left palm on right elbow. Right feet should be on the ground. Left leg should straight on ground and outstretched. Hold this position and count 5. Then keep your right leg straight. Do the same with left leg and both legs. Breathing will be normal. One set = 1 time right leg + 1 time left leg + 1 time both legs. Do this for 2 sets.
